Logging in to your NBX account is quick and secure. You can choose between traditional email/password or use one of our supported third-party providers for a faster experience.
Standard Login
Click Log in at the top right of the page.
Enter your registered email address and password.
Click Log in.
Enter your 2-factor authentication (2FA) code from your authenticator app to complete the verification.

2-Factor Authentication (2FA) issues
Lost access to your app? Use the recovery code you received when you first set up 2FA to bypass the code requirement.
No recovery code? If you have lost both your 2FA device and your recovery code, please contact our support team at support@nbx.com. We will guide you through a manual verification process to reset your 2FA and restore access to your account.
Forgotten your password?
If you can't remember your password, click Request a reset at the bottom of the log-in page. We will send you an email with instructions on how to create a new one.
