Whether you want to update your password for security reasons or you've lost access to your account, here is how you manage your credentials at NBX.
1. Change password (while logged in)
If you know your current password and simply want to update it:
Log in to your account at NBX.com
Go to Account (in the left menu) → Security (tab).
Select Change password and follow the instructions.
2. Forgot password? (Reset)
If you cannot log in because you have forgotten your password:
Go to the Log in page.
Click on "Request a reset" at the bottom of the login box.
Enter your registered email address and click Confirm.
Check your inbox for a password reset
