Balance report (year-end holdings)
NBX provides a balance report showing your account holdings as of December 31 each year.
This report is typically used for tax reporting and personal record-keeping.
When will I receive the balance report?
Balance reports are sent out once per year, usually during January or February.
If you had a balance on your NBX account at year-end, you will receive the report by email.
What does the balance report include?
The report shows:
- Your crypto holdings as of December 31
- The value of your holdings at that time
This gives you a snapshot of your account at the end of the year.
Where can I find my balance report?
The balance report is currently sent directly to your registered email address.
It is not yet available for download from the NBX platform.
You may still download your annual report from your account, and we are working on making the balance report available there as well.
Did not receive your report?
If you believe you should have received a balance report but have not received it:
- Search your email inbox and spam/junk folder
- Try searching for “NBX” or “balance report”
- Check that you are looking in the correct email account
