Moving forward, for every transaction you initiate, you will be required to provide data about your counterparty.
If your counterparty uses Notabene:
The data exchange should be instant, and your transaction will be processed quickly.
If your counterparty does not use Notabene:
We will need to contact them directly to obtain the necessary information. This process could take several days, depending on their response time.
Why is this happening?
These changes are necessary to ensure compliance with new legal requirements designed to increase transparency and security in financial transactions.
While we are exploring solutions to automate the process for smaller transactions, for the time being, the new data requirements apply to all transactions.
