In-flight entertainment
As we are taking a test flight, we will provide plenty of in-flight entertainment. You will be provided with plenty of free test trading capital to start playing around with. Please note that these funds cannot be withdrawn and are only valid during the beta period, but treat them as you would actual funds.
Win a trip to New York City
We would like your feedback that everything works as expected before we enable full functionality, including real deposits and withdrawals. This is why we are sweetening the deal by giving away round-trip tickets with hotel accommodation to New York City, in close partnership with Norwegian Holidays.
Just before NBX comes out of beta and opens its doors to the wider market, we will award two round-trip tickets with hotel accommodation to NYC to the winner in each of the following categories:
- Top bug reporter in the testing period. Spamming will not count
- Highest number of executed trades in the testing period

Reporting of bugs may be submitted by sending an email with the subject “Soft Launch Test” to beta@nbx.com or by submitting a ticket at our Customer Support Center. You can also submit tickets when you are logged in to your account (click “Account”, then “Help”).
